My Notes on the above notes from Chad: I agree with all of them. 1. When building and then renting out a physical building, the first parts are not passive.

It's the same as with Affiliate Marketing. You work on it first and keep working until it generates much income.

2. You don't have to promote expensive products. You need to promote HIGH COMMISSION products, though. They are not the same. I've seen P 40,000 earnings from purchases worth P 10,000 only.

3. Clickbank is old. I don't need it. You won't need it.

4. If you're not committed, you can't do anything.

5. You will need a website and an email list to last as long as I did. I started with both from the beginning.
